National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers» with the support scientists of Iowa State University, North Dakota State University and The Ohio State University (USA), Ondokuz Mayis University and the Association of Ecological Agriculture Organization (Turkey), University Technology Malaysia (Malaysia), Angel Kanchev University of Ruse (Bulgaria), Bangladesh Agricultural University (Bangladesh), S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University and South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov (Kazakhstan) organize II International Conference on Environmental Technologies and Engineering for Sustainable Development (ETESD-II 2023) on 13-15 September 2023 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The purpose of the Conference is to share the experience in the areas of environment protection, biodiversity preservation, innovative technologies used in agriculture, preventing environmental damage, as well as to discuss the urgent problems and prospects of advanced technologies of food production, soil protection and tillage, water saving, environmental research and earth space systems.

Completed research papers written in good English and meeting the stated requirements are allowed to participate in the conference. The materials provided must be original and correspond to the directions of the conference sections.
- The article should be formatted strictly in accordance with the proposed template of your chosen publication;
- Articles must be written in good English (articles with errors and incorrect translation will be rejected or retuned for correction);
- The number of article pages should be from 4 - 6 (at least 4 full pages);
- The article should contain sections, for example, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.;
- References must be formatted strictly in accordance with the requirements of the publications (see templates on the conference website), it is necessary to refer mostly to those publications that are indexed in international databases;
- Use the international standard for units of measurement and values, use a period as a decimal separator (eg. 0.002);
- The list of references cited in the paper should contain no more than 2 references to the works of the authors of the article.
All submitted articles are reviewed and checked for plagiarism, excessive self-citation, compliance with the template and the presence of originality. Plagiarism check is carried out at the final stage by the executive editors after payment of articles to the journal. Therefore, in case of rejection of the article due to the presence of already published materials, we do not refund the payment.
The official language of articles submitted for publication is English.Results of the conference will be published at the Scopus indexed database. All full-time and correspondence participants of the conference presenting their work for publication in the issue of the journal must send them to Morressier system, the link will be provided by the organizer after submission.
Organizing Committee will send each paper to 2 independent reviewers, experts in the area of the paper.
So, each paper will be evaluated by two independent experts according to the following Criteria:
1) Relevance to the conference directions
2) Scientific-technical originality, potential impact and interest for the audience
3) Scientific and technical content, novelty and importance
4) Quality of the presentation, clarity of the content
5) Comments for all authors will be given by the reviewers
The reviewers are going to indicate their familiarity with the paper's subject, evaluate the paper along the aforementioned criteria. Finally, the Organizing Committee will decide what papers will be accepted. But the final decision is taken by the Publisher.
